TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present General Terms of Sale regulate the offer and sale on the Website www.925forever.com. All the purchase agreements of products concluded through the website, according to the indicated procedures in there, between the seller and the customer will be regulated by the present General Terms of Sale. On the contrary, the General Terms of Sale do not regulate the supply of products and/or services by different subjects that are present on the Website www.925forever.com through banners, links or any other hypertextual links.
925 Forever s.a.s. carries out its selling and electronic trade activity towards retailers and professionals who has got VAT registration number. Only bulk-buying is possible, not retail sales.
In order to purchase on the website, the buyer must be registered. The data inserted during the registration procedure will be verified by 925 Forever s.a.s. and treated according to the existing legislation of the protection of privacy. After the registration (and the following verification of data), the customer will hold a personal account, to which he/she will be able to login with username and password. The customer should not communicate to others his/her own login credentials and will be held responsible of any actions or behavior that is irregular or illegal according to the existing legislation and to the present General Terms of Sale, whoever will unduly use his/her personal account. The customer is required to promptly report the possible robbery or loss of his/her password, as well as any improper us of the account by a third party.
The customer can buy only the products in the “on-line shop” (B2C), or can order the products included on the “made-to-order catalogue” (B2B) at www.925forever.com, as they are described in the relative data sheets.
925 Forever s.a.s. sells silver products of millesimal fineness of 925, exclusively made in Italy; it does not sell used products or of a quality lower than the market standards.
The features of the products are illustrated on each data sheet. The images and the colors of the products could not correspond exactly to the real ones because of your Internet browser and/or your monitor. The real weight too could not correspond exactly to the weight indicated on the Website because of the process of working and the choice of the various dimensions.
The lowest amount for one order is € 200,00 + VAT.
An e-mail from 925 Forever to the address you communicated will confirm you that we correctly received your order. In the e-mail you will find the date, the hour and the number of order. You can use this e-mail for any further message to the seller.
The customer must verify the correctness of all the data included in the order confirmation and communicate promptly any mistakes, anomalies and corrections.
Any particular claims for the finishing of the ordered products, for the necessary documentation in relation to the importing or other must be specified in your order and accepted by 925 Forever s.a.s. (through the acceptance of your order).
If 925 Forever s.a.s. cannot accept your order, it will promptly inform you of that.
As for the sale in the shop (B2C), you can see on the Website the quantity of product available at the moment you order. Anyway, 925 Forever s.a.s. cannot guarantee that you will get all the goods you ordered in case of simultaneous orders of that same product by some other customers.
All the prices do not include VAT.
The prices of the “On-line shop” are definite, i.e. they take the cost of the metal into account. On the contrary, the prices of the “made-to-order catalogue” (BSB) relates only to the manufacturing cost; the cost of the metal will be added on the day your order will be delivered.
The prices of the products could be subject to updates due to variations in the price of silver.
The prices indicated at the order confirmation could not vary anymore and they are considered accepted by both the customer and the seller.
By honoring the purchase procedure as indicated on the Website, the contract of sale between 925 Forever s.a.s and the client is concluded when the order had been sent from the customer, accepted by the seller and you got the authorization of charge from the society issuing your credit card or we received the proof of advance bank transfer.
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER
if you pay through advance bank transfer, what you order at “on-line shop” (B2C) is considered booked until we receive the proof that the transfer was completed. The dispatch of what you ordered will be carried out only at the actual credit to the current account of 925 Forever s.a.s., which must happen within 3 working days from the day we accept the order. If it does not happen, the order will be cancelled. In the reason for payment you must indicate the number and the day of the order. The data for the bank transfer are:

For orders over € 1000,00 it is necessary to pay the payment through advance bank transfer.
The orders made through the “on-line shop” (B2C) will be processed by 925 Forever s.a.s. within 2 working days, from Monday to Friday (except public and national holidays), starting from the day following the one on which the customer made the order.
As for the orders made through the “made-to-order catalogue” (B2B), the processing times of the order vary depending on the quantity ordered and the availability in our firm. At any rate, the approximate processing times will be communicated when we accept your order.
Once your order is processed by 925 Forever s.a.s., the delivery times vary according to the type of shipment selected by the customer:
- Regular delivery: 4-5 working days.
The time indicated for the delivery terms are approximate and are not binding in any way on the firm 925 Forever s.a.s.
925 Forever s.a.s. cannot be deemed responsible for delays in the delivery due to forwarding agents and due to circumstances beyond our control.
If 925 Forever s.a.s. is not able to send the ordered goods, you will be promptly warned, and the any sums you have already paid will be refund as soon as possible, and, in any case, not later than 15 working days from our communication.
If the packaging and/or the product is damaged, or the number of packages or the indications are incorrect, you have to notify it immediately on the accompanying document of the carrier. You will not be able to question anything regarding the outer features of the goods delivered once you have signed the document of the carrier.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer and they will be calculated automatically by the system or anyway showed before filling the order. Any customs duties too are borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/05) and it envisages the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase within 10 days.
In case the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, 925 Forever s.a.s. has the right not to accept the return of products that have been used or damaged, or that have been altered in their own essential and qualitative features, or that are not in their original packaging.
In order to start the refund procedure, the customer will have to send an email to email@example.com and he/she will receive a withdrawal form and/or the instructions about how and where to send the goods back. The products returned must be strictly sent through a single shipping. The shipping costs are charged to the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the modalities and terms provided, 925 Forever s.a.s. will refund any sums already collected for purchasing the products or will replace the any incorrect or faulty products. The refund will take place as soon as possible and anyway not after 30 days from the day when the seller has learnt about the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, and after the verification that the modalities and terms of exercise of the right have been respected.
In a case of force majeure, the defaulting party will promptly inform the opposite party. If the case of force majeure stretches for more than one month, both parties will have the right to withdraw from the contract.
925 Forever s.a.s. can be contacted by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for business and pre-sale information, for post-sale assistance (status of orders, deliveries, etc.) or for any other kind of information.
925 Forever s.a.s. reserves the right to correct any mistakes of typing, inaccuracies and omissions that could be found on the Website www.925forever.com. The corrections could be referred to prices, availability or technical features of the products, also after the order has been sent. 925 Forever s.a.s. reserves the right to change and update its own information at any time without warning in advance.
925 Forever s.a.s. reserves the right to modify of the current General Terms of Sale at any time without any notice. The new General Terms of Sale will be immediately effective, once they are published on the Website. After the publication on the Website, any access or use of the Website by the customer must be considered as a complete acceptance of the changes made.
The General Terms of Sale are regulated by the Italian Law, by the Consumer Code (D.LGS 206/05) and by the legislative decree n. 70, 9 April 2003, with regard to electronic commerce. Any disputes can be solved exclusively by the Tribunal of Arezzo (Italy).
